This Privacy Policy describes how Condor Golf collects, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Condor ecosystem including our mobile applications, available on Google Play and Apple Store, and our web applications. Our data processing practices are governed by Canadian law, specifically the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Certain data protection laws (mostly in the EEA region) require us to identify a valid legal reason (called a “legal basis”) before we collect, use, share or otherwise process your personal information. Common legal bases include:
- Contract: When processing personal information is necessary to perform our contract with you (our Terms) or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Consent: When you’ve given us permission to use your information for a specific reason. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: When we use your information in ways that are expected and that do not unfairly affect your rights.
- Legal obligation: When we’re required to process your information by law.
2. Information We Collect
Under the PIPEDA governing the collection and retention of personal information, we collect information necessary to provide our scorecard, GPS localization (linked with Google Maps), and intelligent game analysis:
Account and Profile Information: Information you provide when registering, such as your name, surname and email.
Third-Party Accounts: You can sign up and log in to the Condor Golf app using accounts with other businesses, such as Google, Apple or Facebook. If you access the application through these Third-Party Accounts, the authentication is delegated to them. To control the information we receive from Third-Party Accounts, you must use the privacy controls located directly in your Third-Party Account.
Activity and Game Data: The scores and game data you input into your scorecard.
Localisation Information: Your device’s geolocation is used on the map but also outside to compute distances between you and a golf course and detect that you are near a golf course. You can stop sharing precise location at any time using your device settings.
Device and Usage Information: Technical information regarding how you use the app and the device used to access it.

Contact You About the Services: We may contact you about material changes to our Terms, when investigating alleged violations of our Terms, or with customer support messages.
To Assist You with a Request: We use information to provide support in response to your requests and comments. Depending on your request, this may require us to access your account (for example, to troubleshoot or replicate a reported issue).
To Protect You, Others, and the Services: We aim to protect users, enforce our Terms and Conditions and promote safety. We use automated tools, device information, log files, and other information for these purposes. For example, we seek to detect misuse and bad actors, and to remove content that violates our Terms. Furthermore, because our application allows you to upload pictures, we utilize an automated detection system to scan images and ensure that strictly golf-related pictures are uploaded to the platform. We reserve the right to review accounts and user actions to ensure compliance with our Terms, and we can suspend or terminate accounts as a result.
